PUTS - NEED YOUR FEEDBACK!
I am really psyched about the show in DC this weekend, especially after you killed it in Baltimore a few months ago. I'm an amateur photographer and I wanted to check with you to see if I might be able to take some pictures during the show this weekend? I spoke with the venue and they told me only point-and-shoot cameras, but I would love to get some high-quality shots with my Cannon SLR camera. I would even be willing to give OM/PUTS complete rights to all the photos I take, and they would not be used for any kind of commercial purpose; just for my personal collection. I'm just a fan who would like to take some awesome pictures during a great show. Please let me know what you think and if this might be OK. Posts: 257Posted 16 years ago #im sure u can take pics--like most shows. only prob is videos. ive been caught many times takin vids. some venues dont give one, but most do. seriously, i think theyre too anal--like im gonna make any f**king $ off a sh!tty 3 megapixel camera vid? wtf. even a regular camera, i can see if i had some professional lenses and had the whole nine with of sh!t with me. anyway...
ur best case scenario is to call rr hotel and see what they say. policy shud b posted on the site though. -
