   like i said ...its way different...in the lead post for this thread i was a lil 'undecided' about his style. I think after seeing him live and the energy he gave made me appreciate his style. Like u said, at the end of the day everyone has their opinion...and its good to have different ones...i will say that i cant listen to busdriver like i listen to the P...not even on the same planet...but still, i dont think you can see he is 'bad' or 'sucks'...its just a diff style

   my opinion of an artist usually changes once I see them live. If they suck live, I tend to not like their music as much.

   busdriver and themselves are 2 artists at soundset i hadnt been into much, and wouldnt of thought i tpically would have dug that style. but both shows, i was like WOW....WTF...and stuck w me a bit.

   funny story. my wife was at a show once where Eyedea performed. She told me how dope he was and that I just had to hear him. I said "oh, you mean this guy?" and played some songs. She said "that's not the same guy you play in the car sometimes, is it?" "Yep" "Nooooo!" Then she said "I didn't really like his songs, but man can he put on a show"

   Busdriver's shows seem real intense, sometimes that makes the artist for me. Like you say though, everyone is different, everyone emphasizes different things.

   yea dude...hes a beast on the mpc...they were dissin opn djs cuz they dont need one....they were bangin out drum beats soo fast....we were kickin it with doesone at the afte rparty
