I just saw on FB that PUTS had to cancel the 311 cruise due to a medical emergency. Does anyone know what happened? Is there anything we can do to help or show our support?

Posts: 362Posted 9 years ago #That's unfortunate to hear. I went to see them in Madison, WI back in the fall and that show was also cancelled due to something that sounded similar (I'll save the speculation). I believe they finished larger commitments in Denver and Chicago a few days later.

Due to a debilitating turn of health for one of the members, it is with heavy heart and disappointment that we announce People Under The Stairs will not be able to attend the 311 cruise. We had hoped the current situation would turn around but circumstances make traveling and performing impossible and we are suspending all touring indefinitely. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause and appreciate your support in this difficult time. - People Under The Stairs
Both Thes and Double K have been on instagram in the last day, so I'm not sure what it is. Thes did bash up his elbow pretty hard surfing recently. Maybe it's got worse?

Posts: 134Posted 9 years ago #i actually saw double at the chem70 opening back in december and he was walking around with a cane... maybe that could be part of the health reason... hope its not serious ailment.
