Must be pretty recent too - right below the shot you can see the new orange/yellow/green offices by Renzo Piano, and in the distance by London Bridge you can see the Shard by the same guy, which is halfway through construction (its going to be the tallest building in London)...
And right below, where there's a massive construction site, is where they're digging for the new Crossrail station at the end of Oxford St ... there's also some hilarious photoshopping in the corner of that where there's a bottomless pit!!!
