damn now i really wonder when its coming out, and what theme it will be about. What do you guyz think the next theme will consist of or its style? Where in the world is Thes 1? He is not even in this forum anymore.

If they do a new album it should be more acoustic samples. Acoustic meaning any instrument that requires a microphone to be recorded; clarinet runs, marching bass drums, grand piano chords, spanish guitar, upright bass, congas, bongos, etc. I think it would really give the recordings an organic feel and make them seem more like full-band ensembles rather than samples. Another alternative would be for them to record with a full-band altogether.
On Fun DMC they had fun, They got carried away on Carried Away, so now I'd like to see them do something simple, yet completely different. They need to keep branching out. They might as well if mainstream won't give them a chance.

Posts: 584Posted 15 years ago #Of course a new PUTS record would be good and as with the rest of you i am looking forward to it, but i'd like to know the situation with some of the solo joints such as Wonderful Radio and LA Mike record.
I will eat up the new record when it comes but sometimes the solo efforts can be just as rewarding.
Anyway there is nothing like take a trip back in time and throwing on some of the old records to bring the memories back. I'm lucky (or unlucky in some cases) that the PUTS records stir some strong feelings/memories in me when i put them on.
Anyway i digress.....bring on that new record!!!!!!
