• Odell on this one anywhere? he wasn't on Carried Away... other guest stars? Always wanted to see Rashaan Ahmad on an official P track, but maybe that's just me.
• None of the tracks on here link back to other tracks, like they've done on the past albums (step in, step bacc, step off; the "old school" letters; "fishbucket"s). Interesting...
• In the pics and the video, I saw Kat and 'Nodic, but I didn't really see a drum set anywhere... they have access to drummers (Double K, Max McVeety from Crown City, etc.), but I'm guessing the beats'll still be lifted off wax. Interested to see what cuts they use, and if they'll even be identifiable.
• The P rarely do skits on their albums, but there are "interludes" (Slow Bullet, Jim Sr., etc.)... maybe "Cookie's Theme"?
• Any "old school" track (like Drumbox, Beer, etc.) this time? Maybe "Uprock Boogie"?
• That last track ("Ambien Hallway Music") sounds crazy weird.
• WRLA? something something Los Angeles? -

Posts: 584Posted 14 years ago #Loving the observations SAC...i would 2nd the Rashaan Ahmad call. As much as i like a live drummer give me a well sampled beat from a dusty old track and i am a happy man.
All in all the track list and the disection of it has made me even more excited if that is at all possible.....i doubt i will sleep from now until release date...then being in the UK i will have to wait for the shipping!!! I am going to b a proper mess by the end of this month

Damn, even the song titles are dope! This once again seems perfectly in line with a group who's albums never sound the same, and still have never had one bad release.
Love the live band idea on some songs, love the further innovation, love everything I'm reading about this album.
23rd, can't come soon enough!
