I know its actually brewed by coors (not the "freinds wo enjoy making beer" as it says on the label) but its still a damn fine beer!Been drinking some ugly sisiter tonight. Not my favourite brewrey (marstons pub so had little choice) but not a bad ale, worth a try if you see it around.

Posts: 94Posted 14 years ago #There's two things I miss about living in SD. Going surfing in February while the rest of the country freezes its' collective asses off and Stone Brewery Levitation Ale. You can find most of Stone's other popular brews elsewhere in California but it's pretty hard to come by their Levitation ale other than in SD. Only 4.4% but still packs a shitload of flavor and goes down incredibly smooth. It's the perfect after work beer.
Luckily the liquor store down the street from me sells 22's of Arrogant Bastard

I was actually waiting for a pickup order once (I think it was a guacamole swiss burger, bloody as hell... for my wife, sick at home), and "Beer" came on in my headphones, and I actually saw most of the brands in the song sitting on the shelf... it became a game at one point

I just love this beer, reminds me of looking out over Hong Kong harbour on a warm evening. I'll b sinking a few of these (with a slice of lemon) over Christmas......sweet.
