Posts: 577Posted 14 years ago #If you like that sort of stuff try adding a slice of lemon to your Franziskaner "Monk Beer" (careful, the lemon juice will produce generous amounts of extra foam at first). Nice and refreshing!
Purists frown on this for some reason while Bananenweizen (Weißbier mixed with banana juice) seems more widely accepted - too sticky for my taste though...

ahahaha! What the hell is that? A mix of cider and beer - we call that snakebite and it gets you WASTED. haha
been waiting to hear more bout Deltron pt. 2 - Kid Koala mentioned he was doing the cuts for it ages ago

However...NOT looking forward to any beer that has cider in it...that is just wrong!

I was lucky enough to get an invite to the press launch night via a twitter competition and it was free brewdog draft all evening...messy.....Paradox Jura is unbelievable!
The selection of bottles is unbelievable too, all the rare US stuff is in there...pricey but hey...a mans got to have a vice. -

Looks good, feels good, and the choice of ales is amazing...I'm a happy shareholder right now!
As for the discount, it's not great...although 1% over a lifetime will have its benefits.

I'm a big fan of New England brews. This one's from Vermont and it's their flagship. Highly recommended if it's available to you!
