Got offered 2x Techinc 1210's with a Numark mixer and Sennheiser 'phones for 500quid


Think I should go for it? :-?

I've finally loopholed myself into some deck money, but I'm not sure exactly sure what to look for. Some of the online package deals look tempting, but also pretty depressing at the same time. Anybody got some good advice for someone in my position, i.e. if I buy online, where to do it; and models I should be cautious of? I know this is a relative perspective thing, but at least I'd know, and knowing is half the battle!

Got my entire setup for under $1200 US, and most technics prices online were around $900 US for the single table at some sites. Work with those prices and haggle if your going second hand though, and test them! I know from personal experience buying used must be tested; I bought my Technics 320 for something ungodly, and the right channel was dead, so just be warned.
