I'm going there next week - the UD album comes out while I'm there so where are the dope record shops at? anyone even know?

They are doing the J Dilla picture disc if you need it...

Posts: 428Posted 20 years ago #Yo yo, I went to Berlin last summer with my girlfriend and found quite a few dope record shops, one of which I found a copy of the Next Step Vinyl Lp. HipHopVinyl store was dope too, bit hard to find though.
What day are you goin next week?
I'll try diggin out some info from when i went if i still have it.

no worries SF, I found hip hop vinyl yesterday, although it is a bit hidden haha
dope shop!
the trip was amazing, highlight would have to be going to a bar called White Trash Fast Food where the DJ was playing banger after banger obscure tracks you've never heard of and this crazy german band making everyone rock out. Funny thing is, some of my mates didn't leave that place until 8am - and it was still open. madness
this one goth bar with skulls all over the walls and drinks in test tubes was also dope
oh and the graffiti everywhere is cool too -

Posts: 428Posted 20 years ago #Ye man that stores in such a weird place like up some ghetto apartment block with graff everywhere. That is one main thing I noticed about Berlin all the dope graffiti, cuz on average it was all good not like some of the weird crap u get in London.
U get any good vinyl finds?
