Damn, just listening to FUN DMC again and I'm even more amazed by this song. Double K verse about only needing good music catches the vibe perfectly, and damn if I don't vibe with Thes's whole verse of growing up and road tripping with great music.
I'm probably wrong but I think this still could be one of PUTS more under appreciated songs. It's like the perfect closing song. It leaves you wanting more, but it also ends on just the perfect note. The extended beat at the end is also perfect.
Between it all, I gotta say PUTS between Carried Away and the Chris & Mike Story have made two absolute bangers for the last songs of their last two albums. True genius at work right there.
